Pesto is an AI financial advisor that analyzes your portfolio and recommends what to do next. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Pesto.

2. Advice and your decisions

Pesto’s recommendations are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, and Pesto never places trades. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other means.
