Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Pesto, the AI hiring product of PESTO Labs, Inc., at pesto.club. By using Pesto or joining private access, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

Pesto is AI hiring infrastructure. It replaces resume screening and endless interview loops with structured AI evaluation and high-signal matching. Companies use it to close critical roles. Candidates use it to be read on applied skill rather than on courses and titles.

Pesto is in private access. Asking to join is a request. It does not open an account, reserve a place, or start a search on your behalf.

2. What Pesto does not promise

Lines on the site, including closing a role in 48 hours and landing offers faster, describe what the product is built to do. They are not a promise that a role will close, that you will be interviewed, or that you will receive an offer. An evaluation is a reading of what was submitted. It is not employment, career, or financial advice.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Pesto for a company, you confirm you may submit the roles and the candidate information you send, and that you have the right to have that information evaluated for hiring. If you use it as a candidate, you submit your own profile.

4. What you submit

Private access asks for an email, from a company or a candidate. You are responsible for what you submit. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Pesto, try to disrupt it, scrape it, or reach it by any means other than the interfaces we provide. You agree not to submit a person's profile unless you are that person or you have the right to evaluate them for a role. You agree not to use an evaluation as the sole basis for an employment decision that the law forbids.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date above. If a change is material and we have your email, we will tell you before it takes effect.
